Welcome to Yuanzhe Jin’s Homepage!

I am a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), working with Dr. Jang Yoon. I received my DPhil in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford, where I worked with Professor Min Chen at the Oxford e-Research Centre (OeRC).

My research focuses on visual analytics, data visualization, and human-centered computing on biomedical and digital health applications. My current work explores how longitudinal data from smartphones, patient-reported outcomes, and clinical records can be integrated and analyzed to better understand health and functional recovery. I am interested in developing interactive and data-driven methods that help researchers and clinicians explore their health data and derive meaningful insights.

My research interests include:

  • Data Visualization
  • Visual Design
  • Medical Data Analysis

I am honored to be in the Network of European Data Scientists(NeEDS) project and collaborate with Statistics Netherlands, Inetum Spain, and Inria.
